Morning Group Phase Highlights

The day began with electrifying matches. British Army triumphed over Rugby Deutschland 26-5, and Hong Kong China Rugby outplayed Esher Mavericks 34-19. Shogun RFC dominated Academic Barbarians 43-10, while Vaquita Fiji Warriors bested Apache 31-19.

The Elite Women’s division saw Vaquita Hammerhead 7's crushing Hong Kong China Rugby 52-5. A tense match between Savvy Panthers and BOOM Beavers ended in a 10-10 draw.

Midday Matches: Tight Contests and Dominant Performances

Shogun RFC women overpowered Brunel Trailfinders 31-10, and Hammerhead Sharks crushed Wooden Spoon Marauders 54-7. In Group D, Stunts defeated Esher Mavericks 42-7, while British Army narrowly edged Vaquita Hammerhead 7s 15-14.

Vaquita Hammerhead 7's women continued their dominance, defeating BOOM Beavers 24-17. Brunel Trailfinders secured a win over Wooden Spoon Marauders 22-12.

Afternoon Action: Knockout Phase Begins

The knockout phase intensified. British Army advanced with a 36-5 win over Stunts, and Rugby Deutschland upset Hong Kong China Rugby 17-5. Shogun RFC triumphed over Vaquita Hammerhead 7's 33-12 in the Women’s Cup semifinals, while Hammerhead Sharks defeated BOOM Beavers 33-14.

Evening Showdowns: Finals and Closing Battles

In the finals, Vaquita Hammerhead 7s won the Men’s Bowl Final 33-7 against Wooden Spoon Marauders. Brunel Trailfinders claimed the Women’s Plate Final, defeating Wooden Spoon Marauders 29-14.

The Women’s Cup Final saw Hammerhead Sharks narrowly beat Shogun RFC 21-14. Shogun RFC dominated Stunts in the Men’s Plate Final 41-5. The grand finale was a thrilling Men’s Cup Final where British Army edged out Apache 29-24.
